Alongside my performance work, I have taught saxophone, flute and clarinet for at least 19 years. I presently teach at Hampton School (have done for the past 10 years). I direct many various ensembles including saxophone quartets, jazz bands and improvisation workshops. I have my own Big Band resident at Twickenham Jazz Club, for which I compose extensively.

I teach the Associated Board and Trinity/Guildhall exams to a high level. One of my students received a prize in 2012 for the best exam result in the country with 100% for grade 8.

I studied saxophone flute and composition at The City of Leeds College of Music and graduated with GPLM. Please email or call for current Teaching rates.
